Service Description
The Tutor+ Membership Program is an exclusive monthly subscription designed for students enrolled in Kumon of Acworth who want additional, personalized academic support. In partnership with Kumon of Acworth, this program provides four (4) customized 60-minute 1:1 tutoring sessions each month, offering targeted instruction to complement and reinforce Kumon learning. Flexible & Convenient: Sessions can be scheduled in-person or virtual, allowing families to choose what works best for their child’s needs and routine. With Tutor+, students receive expert guidance, personalized attention, and the extra boost they need to excel in their academic journey!
Cancellation Policy
**Refund Policy** **Updated: March 19, 2025.** At 3CM Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality tutoring services, both online and in-person. By purchasing any tutoring sessions from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms: **No Refunds Policy:** Refunds will not be issued. Upon payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be provided. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional tutoring services and will address any concerns or issues promptly throughout the learning process. **All Sales Are Final:** All sales of tutoring sessions are final. Once a tutoring session has been scheduled and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law. We make every effort to provide clear and detailed descriptions of our tutoring programs to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. **Rescheduling Policy:** We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. Clients may reschedule a tutoring session with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. **Technical Support:** For online tutoring sessions, we are committed to providing technical support to ensure seamless access to our virtual learning platforms. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
